Kimberly Baum

New to North Carolina, as of January 2023. Kim is taking on new clients at Titan Up Athletics. She is eager to help you reach your goals and build a trusting client/traier relationship.

Kim earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Applied Sciences in 2012. She was a teacher mainly in Physical Education and Health Education for 7 years. She began personal training in 2013 and has done that in combination with starting her own remote training business since 2016.  Kim is a strength athlete. She started her strength career as a strongwoman in 2010, then switched to bodybuilding and won her IFBB Pro Card in Women’s Physique. Since then she has returned to being a strongwoman and won several national and world titles along with setting a few world records. Her favorite competition wins include; World's Strongest Woman, 82 kg in 2017 and being a 2x USS ProWomen’s Worlds Champion. She has achieved pro status in both USA Strongman federations which include Strongman Corporation and United States Strongman. Kim is the proud owner of APEX STRENGTH, coaching individuals remotely. Kim has a passion for helping others achieve health, fitness, and strength related goals and offers a wide variety of services, with the largest being custom programming and personal training.
